With over 13 years of high-level experience in luxury client management and private aviation, Kara O’Brien brings precision, confidence, and relentless attention to detail to every real estate transaction.
Before entering real estate, Kara built her career managing elite travel and complex logistics for VIP clients, executives, and public figures. In that world, expectations were uncompromising — service had to be flawless, timing had to be exact, and discretion was everything. She learned how to operate several steps ahead - anticipating needs, commanding details, and delivering flawless execution without hesitation. That background didn’t just shape her work ethic — it set her standard.
Today, Kara is a licensed real estate professional who operates with refined professionalism and a client-first mindset. Outside of real estate, Kara spent over six years running a successful lifestyle platform, collaborating with national brands, attending industry events, and building long-standing relationships within the beauty and lifestyle space. That experience sharpened her eye for design, marketing, and presenting a lifestyle — skills she now uses to elevate how homes are positioned and marketed.
When she’s not negotiating contracts or touring properties, Kara is curating meaningful connections, supporting local businesses, building a lifestyle brand, and creating a life she’s proud of with her husband, Steven, their two children, Cole and Paige, and their dogs, Leo and Bruno.
